5 Steps To Manifest Absolutely Anything

In recent years, ever since the movie, The Secret, came out, people have been talking about how to manifest your desires. Thousands of books have been written on the subject and countless programs. I’ve studied the subject a lot myself and have narrowed it down to 5 simple steps to manifest anything your heart desires.

Notice I said, ‘simple’, not easy. The reason it’s not easy is because the human mind likes to complicate everything. We don’t like to believe it can be easy because our whole lives we’ve had countless evidence that ‘proves’ to us that it’s not easy. I’ve been guilty myself of creating a complex solution when it could have been simple.

In theory, it should be easy, but I’m not going to imply at this point that you will master this immediately. You need to grow your awareness daily and catch your thoughts and actions that don’t support these 5 steps.

In order for this to work, you must embrace the simplicity of it and explore the possibilities of what I’m about to share with you.

Step 1: Know What You Want and Focus On It

Most people don’t know what they want. They know what they don’t want and focus constantly on what they don’t want.

What they fail to realise is that you get what you focus on, so while your attention is focused on what you don’t want, you will continue to get more of what you don’t want.

It’s very important that you define what you truly want and that your desire is one which doesn’t interfere with anyone else. In other words, it is for the highest good of everyone, including you.

If you want to be wealthy, healthy, have loving relationships, travel the world, live by the ocean, these are all wonderful desires and are in alignment with Source when they don’t adversely affect anyone else.

Take time to know what you want and take your focus off what you don’t want.

Step 2: Trust That What You Want Is On It's Way

In order for your desires to manifest, you must have faith and know that what you want is on it’s way.

Most people have thoughts of ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I don’t deserve it’, ‘Things like that don’t happen to people like me’, ‘I can’t have that because of the economy’, ‘I’ll never get rich doing what I love’, ‘With my luck, it won’t ever happen’, etc, etc, etc.

These thoughts are holding what you want away from you. Other thoughts of ‘It’s not working’, ‘Why isn’t it here yet’, ‘I’ve tried this before and it never works for me’, ‘I need it now’ are also going to keep what you want from you.

We think and act like a petulant child that isn’t getting it’s own way and pout because it’s not turning up the way WE want to turn up or when we want it to turn up. How dare it!

These thoughts show that you’re stuck in ‘It’s not coming’. And those thoughts create feelings of frustration, disappointment, desperation, anxiety, stress, fear, anger and other uncomfortable emotions that are evidence of your resistance to what you want showing up.

When your thoughts match up with your desires, as in ‘It’s on it’s way’, you get out of the way and you stop resisting what you want coming to you. You start looking for evidence of it showing up in your life and you open yourself up to the infinite possibilities of how the Universe could orchestrate it’s presence in your life. You feel a sense of freedom and joy, anticipation and excitement, knowing what you want is coming to you.

Anticipate that what you want is already here, you’re just catching up to it and notice how your feelings change.

Once you pay attention and look for evidence that it’s on it’s way, you will even start to see challenges as a blessing that are there to guide you to realizing your inner most desires.

Let go of all your thoughts that ‘It’s never going to happen’, and have faith and drop into the belief ‘It’s on it’s way’.

Step 3: Take Inspired Action

Hidden in plain site in the Law of Attr-ACTION, is the word ‘action’. If you want to get different results you must take different action to what you have been taking up till now. You are where you are at this point in time because of the thoughts you’ve had and the action you’ve taken yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that, and the day before that, etc.

To take inspired action is to live from a place of spirit. When you are looking for evidence that what you want is on it’s way, you will see opportunities present themselves that will help you to manifest your desires.

And when you’re inspired, the actions you take are joyful and easy, not hard or difficult. You grasp opportunities that come your way with a sense of excitement and anticipation, knowing the Universe is leading you to create the life you want to live.

And the more you take action from a place of inspiration, the more quickly you will see the life you desire unfold before you.

Manifesting does become easy when you act from spirit and anticipate good things coming to you.

Step 4: Stay In Gratitude

Gratitude is something we hear about all the time in relation to manifesting and the Law of Attraction. That’s because it is a vital component of being open to receive what it is that you desire.

Appreciation appreciates and that’s because as you acknowledge and express heart felt gratitude for what you have in your life, you expand into a space of allowing.

Notice I specifically said ‘heart felt gratitude’ in the last sentence. That’s because if your saying ‘Thank you’ in your conscious mind, but your feeling resentful or frustrated, or behind your gratitude is the thought ‘But I don’t want this’, then the practice won’t work.

You must see the perfection in what you have and, even if the house you have isn’t what you want, maybe it’s too small, or it’s cold, or it’s dark, look for reasons to be grateful for it. For instance, no matter what is wrong with your home, be grateful you’re not out on the street in the bitter cold wind or snow. Or that you have clean drinking water from your taps. Or you have power to be able to provide light and heat.

No matter what your situation, there will always be something you can find to be grateful for. Look for those things, drop into your heart space, and cultivate a deep appreciation for the things that are working in your life and take your focus off those things that aren’t working in your life.

You may find this difficult at first, but you will get better with practice. I virtually live in a state of gratitude most of the time now. Not because everything in my life is just the way I want it. I have desires I’m offering up all the time. But I’ve become very good at seeing the perfection and, even when I’m struggling, I search for that space of gratitude and truly believe I’m in the perfect place for me right now.

Step 5: Allow

Esther Hicks, who channels a collection of Diving Beings called ‘Abraham’, wrote a book ‘The Art Of Allowing’ and it’s all about getting out of the way and allowing the Universe to do it’s job providing you what you desire.

When you’re taking inspired action, and looking for evidence that what you want is on it’s way, let the Universe do the heavy lifting for you.

Relax and allow the all knowing Source that you came from to do it’s work and stop trying to tell it how to do it’s job and how what you want should show up for you.

You have no idea how what you want will show up. Stay in a place of wonder and curiosity as you witness the magic and miracles the Universe has in store for you. Express appreciation for everything that comes your way and acknowledge the perfection in everything, knowing you are being directly guided to what you want, even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Set yourself up every morning to live your life by these simple principals and anticipate the magic and miracles that are about to unfold in your life, every single day.
